Representation in disputes with tenants and defence against contractual penalties

We successfully represented a landlord in a dispute with one of the largest chain tenants concerning the interpretation of lease agreements, which ended with a favourable ruling for the client. In another case, we successfully defended the owner of a facility against claims for contractual penalties for failure to supply the contracted amount of fuel.
